Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 14 July 2026 · Version 2026-07-14
Fair, lawful use keeps PropQvaluable for everyone. This policy explains what is and isn’t allowed.
1.Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using PropQ. It forms part of our Terms of Service. It exists to keep the Service safe, lawful and trustworthy — especially because the Reports you create are shared with investors.
2.You must not
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law or of DLD/RERA rules, or to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activity;
- present a Report as an official or independent property valuation, or otherwise misrepresent its nature — Reports are estimates, not regulated valuations (see the Disclaimer);
- knowingly enter false inputs or manipulate assumptions to produce misleading returns for clients or investors;
- upload or share personal data of investors or clients without a lawful basis and any required notices or consents;
- send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful messages (including via the WhatsApp links the Service generates) or otherwise breach communications or anti-spam rules;
- infringe intellectual property, publish defamatory or unlawful content, or impersonate any person or agency;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts, probe or breach security, or interfere with or overload the Service;
- reverse engineer, scrape, resell, sublicense, or build a competing product from the Service, except to the extent the law prohibits such a restriction;
- share seats or credentials with people who are not your Authorised Users, or circumvent plan limits or rate limits.
3.Your responsibility for reports
You are responsible for the inputs you enter, the assumptions you configure, and every Report you share. Verify outputs before relying on them or sending them to clients, and make clear to recipients that figures are estimates. You are responsible for your Authorised Users’ compliance with this AUP.
4.Reporting and enforcement
If you become aware of misuse, report it to support@propq.ae. We may investigate suspected violations and, where appropriate, remove content, throttle or suspend access, or terminate the account, as described in the Terms of Service. Serious or unlawful conduct may be reported to the relevant authorities.
