Billing, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how PropQ subscriptions are billed, how VAT is applied, and how cancellations and refunds work. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1.Plans and free trial

PropQ is offered as a subscription on the plans shown on our pricing page, priced per broker (per seat), billed monthly or annually. New accounts may begin with a free trial (currently 14 days) with no payment card required. You are not charged unless and until you start a paid subscription.

2.Billing, currency and VAT

Fees are charged in advance for each billing term (monthly or annual). Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT, which is added where applicable at the prevailing UAE rate. A VAT invoice is issued for each payment. You authorise us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees and taxes.

3.Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will make renewal terms available in your billing settings. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time.

4.Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings or by emailing billing@propq.ae. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid term, and you retain access until then. Cancelling does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of fees already paid for the current term, except as set out below or required by law.

5.Refunds

Because a free trial lets you evaluate the Service before paying, fees are generally non-refundable. However, we will provide a refund where:

  • you were charged in error or double-charged — we refund the erroneous amount in full;
  • you cancel a new paid subscription within 14 days of the first charge and have not made substantial use of paid features during that period (a good-faith cooling-off period); or
  • a refund is required under applicable UAE consumer protection law.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within a reasonable period after approval. Partial periods, unused seats, and downgrades mid-term are not automatically refunded but may be credited at our discretion.

6.Price changes

We may change plan prices or features. Changes to recurring fees take effect at your next renewal, and we will give you reasonable advance notice. If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

7.Failed payments and non-payment

If a payment fails, we may retry and notify you. If fees remain unpaid, we may suspend or downgrade access until the balance is settled, as described in the Terms of Service.
